A Help file in the form of a link to a sparse FAQ page didn't do much to answer our specific questions or to describe the program's features. Type your Gmail username and click Authorize and Upload - this uses OAuth so you can upload your entire Google address book into Gist without sharing your credentials. We finally found a close option by scrolling over to the far corner of the window. Once your account is activated, go to Other Contacts and connect Google Contacts with Gist.
