The opening of the new Hopcat location will be serendipitously timed with the company’s 10 th anniversary. This iconic location on 25 Ionia Ave features bikes hanging from the ceiling, a wall of vintage beer cans, and pure magic. The 6,150 square foot restaurant will seat 250 people and offer an outdoor dining area that can accommodate 70. It will feature a unique interior and exterior design, true to the Hopcat tradition of having no two restaurants that look alike. The new location, which will be located at Knapp’s Corner in the Celebration Village development, is expected to undergo extensive renovations before opening. The new location will be offering a wide selection of beers including 80 taps featuring regional favorites, seasonal selections and limited run offers. They also offer fresh food made from scratch.
